Metal Tour of the Year – Photos and Review

OVID-19 has been a monster. It doesn’t have to be stated, but we all know how true it is. Between the loss of life and incredible numbers of people having long-term symptoms, we saw the music and entertainment industry practically crumble in front of us. All of a sudden, tours were canceled, and people’s livelihoods were at stake. The Darkness Announce New Album “Motorheart”

Multi-platinum UK glam rock giants THE DARKNESS – frontman/guitarist Justin Hawkins, guitarist/producer Dan Hawkins, bassist Frankie Poullain, drummer Rufus Taylor – will release their new album Motorheart on November 19th via Cooking Vinyl. Motorheart is a record of immeasurable rock and roll extravagance and yet another masterpiece from England’s favorite rock icons.

AWOLNATION RELEASES “CALIFORNIA HALO BLUE” / “DRIVE”

Following the excitement and enthusiasm surrounding the launch of the fastest growing song at Alternative Radio – “The Best” – the first single off their upcoming album, AWOLNATION has readied even more new music for fans from their forthcoming release. The latest is a new song, “California Halo Blue,” out everywhere now via Better Noise Music.

Alter Bridge – “Walk The Sky”

Since the demise of Creed, the instrumentalists joined forces with Myles Kennedy and formed Alter Bridge out of its ashes. Initially, many fans (including myself!) felt that it was just Creed part deux, and mostly had written them off. That is, until they dropped an absolute bombshell of an album, Blackbird. That album was just the start of what has proven to be a very prolific career.
