Honestly, seeing Judas Priest still absolutely demolishing a stage after all these years? It was incredible. Fifty plus years of metal, and they still have this insane, unstoppable energy. It’s wild to witness a band so deep into their career still rocking harder than most bands half their age. It really made the night feel extra special, you know?

This Shield of Pain tour, with Alice Cooper on the bill, was just a really cool event. It was amazing seeing Rob Halford, but also Ian Hill, solid as always, and Scott Travis just pounding the drums like a machine. Richie Faulkner and Andy Sneap really held it down too. It’s a bummer that Glenn Tipton couldn’t be there, but the band was more than holding its own.

The show just exploded with “All Guns Blazing” right off the bat – the energy was immediately through the roof. “Hell Patrol” kept the intensity going, and then “You’ve Got Another Thing Comin'” had the whole crowd singing along. “Freewheel Burning” kept the pace, and when they hit “Breaking the Law,” the place just went nuts!

Then they shifted gears a little with “A Touch of Evil,” which was cool, followed by the driving beat of “Night Crawler.” “Solar Angels” brought a more epic feel to the show, building up to the sheer power of “Gates of Hell.” “Electric Eye” kept the energy high, and “Giants in the Sky” was a real moment – you could just feel the weight of metal history hanging in the air, the influence of Ozzy and Black Sabbath all over it. And then BAM! “Painkiller” just blew everyone away. Seriously unforgettable.

The encore was just icing on the cake. “Hell Bent for Leather” had everyone jumping, and closing out with “Living After Midnight” was the perfect ending to a practically perfect Judas Priest set.
