Judas Priest / Queensrÿche – Mission Ballroom – Denver, CO

If you like it heavy, loud and fast – Judas Priest are ready to deliver. And deliver they did. Much to the delight of a packed house at Denver’s Mission Ballroom Sunday night. With a steady force and nothing to prove, the metal quintet made their way through a mix of old and new during a near two-hour set.

“So here we are….Judas Priest has been making music for 50 f*cking years!” exclaimed Rob Halford. Sporting his trademark leather, denim and studs, the frontman didn’t miss a beat as he paced back and forth across the stage. His voice as strong as ever. And with a band that still effortlessly cranks out one heavy riff after another.
