Katie Gavin in KC

On May 7th I was able to catch Katie Gavin’s set at the Midland.  She was opening for Lucy Dacus.  She sounded great, and played 9 songs, mostly from her debut album “What A Relief”. The crowd cheered as she came out and it was clear that many in the crowd were already fans.  She opened with “Casual Drug Use”, played “Sanitized” and “Sweet Abby Girl” among others and closed with “Aftertaste”.  Enjoy the photos in the gallery.
